You only pay me on a transaction by transaction basis. There is no commitment or pressure like there is to pay a full time employee. No hassles with payroll and taxes, not to mention having to provide medical insurance. My services are budget-friendly because you only pay me when you need me.

No. I realize that not every single transaction makes it to closing. If that is the case, I will close out the file and wait until you have that buyer or seller under contract again.

No. I only get paid when you get paid. I will be expecting my fee at closing.

No. You only send me a transaction to manage when you need me. There is no commitment whatsoever.
